Costs for templated designs are itemised here. If you are looking for something more bespoke, prices can vary depending on the specifications of the job. I have a cost guide for basic jobs here however a consultation is always best to start things off.
Is there a minimum order?
I recommend ordering a minimum of 50 invitations to cover printer set up fees. There are exceptions such as large format prints such as table plans and table name cards. it is always best to order more than you think you need as ordering low print runs to cover extras an get very costly. There isn't a great difference between the cost of 30-50 for instance so it's worth getting the extra's to cover any last minute invites you may wish to send, account for lost mail plus some keepsakes.
Do stationery items come with envelopes?
We can absolutely supply envelopes - we can order these in for you from our preferred stockists or we can design and get them made up bespoke for you in a paper stock of your choice.
When should I order everything?
We suggest ordering as soon as possible for save the dates and invitations in order to get them out quickly for your guests. Everything else can be ordered nearer to the wedding, however it's best to send the rest of the jobs to print at least a month before the wedding. How much does delivery cost?
I work with printer partners all over the UK so costs of delivery vary, however I will always try and work with a printer close to you to save costs of delivery. These will usually be accounteed for in the printer fee at invoicing stage.
How many invitations do I need?
Always order at least ten more invitations than you need to account for errors, items getting lost in the mail or if you decide to invite other guests in case other guests can't make it. Remember that couples and family's only need one invitation so you will probably only need half as many as guests.
If I need to cancel my order, will I receive a refund?
If we can catch the order before it goes to print then you will only be charged for the design work. Unfortunately you will be charged the full fee if amendments need to be made after the work has gone to print, but you will receive plenty of opportunities to proof the work before it gets to this stage. We will only send work to print once you have given the go ahead.
How can I pay?
I will send you an invoice on completion of the work with my bank details for a bank transfer.
